About the Role
We have a unique opportunity for a Technical Manager to join our team at Natures Way Foods. As the last remaining vacancy from our previous recruitment, this role will play a crucial part in driving our technical operations and business strategies forward.
The successful candidate will oversee and optimise the technical aspects of our food manufacturing sites at Chichester Food Park, combining technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to achieve efficient production, regulatory compliance, and alignment with our strategic goals.

Your Skills and Experience
You will already possess:
* Strong experience in a technical management role within the food manufacturing industry
* Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams
* Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes and technologies
* Excellent knowledge of quality control standards and regulatory requirements
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in food manufacturing
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, standards, and regulations
* Proficiency in project management software and quality management tools

Qualifications
* A Food Science degree (or equivalent)
