Job Title: Front of House and Events Coordinator
Location: 62 Buckingham Gate, London; flexibility is required to attend other premises.
Hours: 08:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility required for out-of-hours supervision)
Job Summary:
The Front of House and Events Coordinator manages corporate services across MLP London offices, including the reception desks and events, ensuring an efficient and comfortable environment for employees and visitors. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and people management skills, capable of handling a dynamic work environment.
Principal Responsibilities:
1. Manage 3 receptionists in London offices.
2. Oversee and coordinate all internal events.
3. Assist with office openings, setups, and mobilizations.
4. Aim for and implement the highest standards across the portfolio.
5. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all corporate information and data.
6. Handle other related projects and requests as required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. 5+ years of proven experience in front of house and events.
2. Certifications in front of house, events, and facilities management beneficial.
3. Strong knowledge of front of house and building systems.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Detail-oriented and organized.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
8. Effective prioritization and time management.
9. Proficiency in office and facilities management software.
10. Commitment to safety protocols and regulations.
11. Ability to collaborate with various business functions and build strong relationships.
