Join the Close Brothers Regulatory Reporting team where you will be responsible for running the production and analysis of the IRB metrics and working with the IRB development team to identify, implement, and test improvements to processes and controls.
Working as part of the Regulatory Reporting team, our ideal team member will have previous experience in a Regulatory Reporting environment with excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Calculation and analysis of credit risk-weighted assets under IRB approach on a monthly basis
* Production of relevant management information for presentation to FRISK and Capital Adequacy Committee
* Work with the IRB development team to identify and test improvements within Axiom
* Review and enhance existing MI processes, with a particular focus on controls and efficiency
* Support IRB Basel 3.1 implementation including developing processes and carrying out impact analysis of proposed changes
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reporting requirements, regulatory changes, and developments
* Aid the regulatory change process by supporting projects and providing input into requirement definition documents
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
* You are keen to develop technical knowledge and experience in IRB reporting and the wider regulatory environment
* You have the ability to work productively with people at all levels in the organisation
* You are able to demonstrate initiative and an analytical mindset in order to identify and resolve problems
* You have an awareness of internal control requirements, with the ability to identify control weaknesses and propose changes to processes as required
* You have good organisational skills
* You have good written and oral communication skills

* Have an Accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
