GENERAL: The position manages all administrative functions of our Engineering Department. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Carry out daily administrative activities of the Engineering office · Manage issue and return of Department’s master keys · Provide general clerical support to the Engineering team · Ensure all communications are handled promptly and professionally · Receive and distribute mail, quotes, reports and related documents to relevant staff · Minute Engineering Team Meetings, compile reports · Monitor and maintain supplies of office stationary and consumables · Maintain the Department’s filing systems drawing, specifications and correspondence · Maintain register of all work requests using a job card process to allocate work · Arrange for purchase orders, invoices, payment requests and related admin · Manage Chief Engineer’s diary as required · Attend training and meetings when required What are we looking for?
