WHAT TO EXPECT
The Business Intelligence Executive within our Aftersales, Commercial Programmes function is an exciting new position with the opportunity to contribute to and engage the team in the performance of the business.
You will play a key role in identifying areas of opportunity within our Parts and Accessories (P&A) business by interpreting our sales and parts trend data and bringing it to life for the team with actionable insight for the JLR UK and Retailer business.
You will also be responsible for for trend analysis, accurate and timely forecasting, and will play a supporting role in annual budget setting and calendarisation of targets for both the UK NSC and our Retail Partners.
You will contribute to the strategy and direction of the team and will benefit from exposure at all levels of the UK NSC.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Develop, maintain and continuously enhance, actionable insight on P&A sales performance, areas of opportunity, and growth.
2. Look for opportunity to grow or strengthen the P&A business through sales trends, Retailer performance measurement and parts sales data interrogation.
3. Ensure data available through new and existing programmes is continuously used and reported to measure their performance and impact, contributing to the strategic direction of the team
4. Turn data in to visual stories which convince and engage the team of the required actions
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
5. MS Excel and PowerPoint capability
6. Experience using Tableau or similar
7. Commercially minded with ability to turn data into visuals
8. Interested in identifying business opportunity within data
9. Skilled in making your findings visual for your colleagues to understand
