Your new company Working in a busy and vital medical service, your new role will be based in a hospital trust in Wrexham Your new role Working in a fast paced environment, you will be working to support various consultants and clinicians by providing high quality secretarial support You will take ownership of the typing of minutes, producing agendas and typing clinic notes from audio recordings. What you'll need to succeed You will have accurate typing skills, and be able to record key information from audio recordings. You will be used to producing minutes as well as producing agendas for future scheduled meetings. Whilst NHS experience would be desirable, if you have gained minute taking skills in other industries, this will also be considered You will be a confident administrator to support with other ad hoc administration. You will be available at short notice, and for a minimum of 2 months. What you'll get in return Working with a recognised employer, you will have full-time working hours of 37.5 per week across Monday to Friday. There are good local transport links and parking available on site. Moreover, you will have weekly pay for your temporary assignment, and an hourly rate of £14.39ph inclusive of holiday roll up for PAYE. Extensions are possible as this is an ongoing need.
