About the Role
The Residential Services Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential services, including managing voids, allocations, and housing waiting lists.
You will work closely with the Locality Teams and Direct Services teams to provide a seamless service to residents and promote effective business operations.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in residential services management and contribute to the delivery of our employer strategy.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £14,000 - £17,000 per annum, depending on experience.
