If that sounds like you, they'd love to hear from you Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for all UK and Irish inbound enquiries, conducting initial assessments and escalating qualified leads. Manage and update the CRM to track prospective clients through the business development journey. Engage existing clients to initiate new claims and coordinate with the delivery team to assign the right specialists. Handle incoming calls, screen them, and direct to the appropriate team members. Provide administrative support to the wider team as needed. Experience & Skills Required The ideal candidate for the Client Services Assistant role will be confident, self-motivated, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. A minimum of two years experience in a client services role, ideally within a B2B environment, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
