We are hiring! Circet UK are looking for a Trainer to join our team, supporting the Training Manager with the development, delivery and evaluation of the HOME Functional Learning and Development Plan.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Responsible for achievement of short and long-term company objectives within the specified training area, focused on attaining or exceeding performance objectives.
* Ensuring the readiness of the workforce to adapt quickly to the changing needs of the business. This includes compliance with training and certification requirements.
* Teach physical connections and tower top equipment from a practical perspective.
* Teach tool and equipment requirements with Qubes policy.
* Teach physical and mechanical installation specifications.
* Comprehend and deliver approved course material designed to educate Qubes employees.
* Provide quality instruction in a clear and concise manner, ensuring the audience understands and comprehends the material presented.
* Monitor trainees' responses and engagement.
* Ask for and provide feedback to ensure comprehension.
* Adjust the delivery method when needed to ensure effectiveness.
* Facilitation of training events.
* Propose and develop learning architecture.
* Facilitate the proper learning environment which includes but is not limited to:
o Installing equipment.
o Maintaining the functionality of equipment.
o Troubleshoot equipment issues.
o Establish classroom expectations and behaviours.
o Organize the learning environment. (Classroom setup)
Use audio-visual technology to effectively present training material.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
* Good working knowledge of work management systems and Windows (Excel/Word).
* Good awareness of Health & Safety and Quality Assurance Procedures.
* Sound Telecommunication Knowledge.
* Effective Leadership and communication skills.
* Self-motivated, able to motivate others effectively. Professional & technical expertise enthusiastic, passionate, patient and should be a critical thinker.
Should possess good logical skills and ability to prioritise tasks depending upon the emergency situations.
