* Ensure IT services meet SLAs and manage service disruptions
* Lead, train, and evaluate IT staff
* Develop and refine operational processes
* Maintain strong client relationships and handle feedback
* Oversee IT projects from planning to completion
* Manage operational budget and financial reporting
* Implement new tools and stay updated on tech trends
* Ensure regulatory compliance and robust data security
* Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
* Manage third-party vendor relationships
Minimum requirements:
* 5+ years of relevant experience
* Customer-facing experience
* ITIL certification (V4 ideally)
* Project management experience
* Practical knowledge of budgeting and P&L
