About the Role
As our Client Services Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind client success. You’ll combine your skills in relationship management and project execution to ensure we consistently deliver outstanding results.
In this hands-on role, you’ll:
* Manage a small portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary day-to-day touch point and building trusted relationships as a reliable and proactive partner.
* Plan and oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution.
* Bring a consultative approach, helping clients understand their challenges and present solutions.
* Support the deep dive discovery process through exploring data and mapping customer journeys.
* Analyse client data to uncover insights, track success, and recommend impactful solutions.
* Present ideas, solutions, processes and business cases in a clear and compelling way.
* Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, to provide relevant insights to clients

Location:
Flexible working (Hybrid / Remote) – This role offers hybrid working, with the expectation of regular in-person collaboration (approximately fortnightly) at our Nottingham or London office. There is also the option to be based in our shared office space if preferred. You will also be expected to travel for in-person client meetings as needed.
Our shared office space is part of the Boda Group, working from a magnificently restored Victorian building, located in the centre of the city’s historic Lace Market. Spread over three stories, you will work alongside other businesses in the BODA Group such as digital marketing and PR agency Tank and brand communications agency, Warbox.
