Receptionist/Facilities Coordinator\n\nCorporate Environment\n\nManchester City Centre\n\nUp to £30,000 per annum depending on experience\n\n40 hours per week\n\nAre you passionate about providing exceptional facilities support and creating positive working environments? Our client, a leading organisation in the facilities management industry, is seeking a dynamic Facilities Coordinator to join their team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of service delivery.\n\nJoining our client's team means becoming part of a dedicated and collaborative group of professionals who are committed to creating outstanding workplace experiences.
You will have the opportunity to support the Manager in fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, end-users, and service providers. Working together, you will drive improvements, implement best practises, and ensure the highest quality of service across a diverse range of areas.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nSet up for meetings and manage room bookings\nDocument management including printing, filing, binding\nCover reception when required\nManage cleaning contracts\nCoordinate Audiovisual equipment set ups\nManage car park facilities and visitor passes\nBook contractors and oversee any repairs\nSupport with fire safety and first aid training\nRespond to queries and issues promptly\nArrange landscaping of outdoor areas\nEnsure all office equipment is maintained\nDistribute all post and deliveries\nManage stationary orders and kitchen stock \n\nThe ideal candidate will have the following qualities:\n\nExperience working in a corporate environment\nExcellent administration skills including document management\nSolid work history\nWillingness to help at all times\nPositive attitude\nExcellent customer service skills \n\nIf you are interested in this role please contact Lizzie on (phone number removed) or email (url removed)\n\nOffice Angels is an employment agency.
