Our client is an established surveying company in the UK with offices throughout the UK. Delivering projects across various industries from housing to national infrastructure.
The Role
Our client is currently recruiting for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals required to work alongside an experienced utility mapping surveyor in the Northwest region. The role would involve assisting the senior surveyor with tracing and recording buried utilities at sites throughout the U.K and beyond, developing skills that enable progression to utility surveyor.
Your training would include:
* Experience of topographic and/or utility surveys.
* Ideally have experience in post-processing software and techniques. Further training shall be provided.
* Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy in a dynamic & driven team.
* A committed attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced industry.
* Ability to use your initiative, problem solve and work to deadlines.
* Have pride and passion for great customer service and high-quality survey work.
* Effective communication skills and good timekeeping.
The Requirements
The successful candidate will be someone that is self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, and can work well as part of a team.
Ideally as a candidate you should have the following:
* A committed attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced industry.
* Ability to use your initiative, problem solve and work to deadlines.
* Effective communication skills and good time keeping.
* Full UK driving licence.
* CSCS card.
