Job Overview:
Consists in providing a single point of contact:
1. Between the Company team and the FEED or EPC Contractor and all their data providers (vendors, suppliers, etc) regarding data exchange for the delivery of an Asset Digital Twin.
2. Between the Project team and Digital Team EP at Total Digital Factory regarding the Digital Roadmap for Papua LNG project.
The Service holder is expected to bring his Oil & Gas experience in Field Operations and/or Project to ensure that the information created during the project definition and execution phases is properly formatted and structured in a Digital Twin solution to allow maximum use by Company teams during project phases as well as a proper handover to Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management for Company Project teams and handovers:
Ensure data availability, completeness, integrity/consistency, and reliability of the asset database throughout the different Project phases and data uniqueness, quality, and protection for the future Production phase.
2. Participate in periodic meetings with FEED or EPC Contractors, ensuring they fully understand and follow the requirements of the contract related to Digital Twin.
3. Define & validate with the Company Project Team any necessary procedures, controls, audits, KPI for proper data management, data progress, and discipline-related data.
4. Assist discipline specialists in the identification, gathering, organization, and follow-up of relevant technical data during Project phases to be included into the Digital Twin.
5. Review and comment on FEED or EPC contractor deliverables (specifications, procedures, etc.) related to digital twin, in coordination with Engineering discipline leads.
6. Follow the implementation & setup of the Engineering database on FEED or EPC contractor side.
7. Provide support to periodic project audits.
8. Digital Twin solution administration:
Configure and update the Asset-Reference Data Library (A-RDL) of his/her Asset database with support from Headquarters.
9. Track all modifications made over the Corporate HQ database (Master Data Model) due to Asset specificities.
10. Participate in technical exchanges related to Tagging specification review and update the A-RDL for tag format validation.
11. Ensure respect of backup and data security processes.
12. Participate in periodic meetings with FEED or EPC Contractor for data management and exchange, leading the Digital Twin action follow-up on Company side.
13. Verify and upload the data provided by FEED or EPC Contractor via excel template into the Digital Twin database. Issue a quality check report highlighting any errors/discrepancies/missing data to FEED or EPC contractor for remedial action.
14. Supervise the data review/approval processes and keep trace of this issue register for follow-up.
15. Provide support to FEED or EPC contractor (including Vendors) regarding the understanding of the data to be provided, providing clarification in due time to avoid downtime in data exchange.
16. Data mining (Extract, transform and map to Digital twin model for database upload) from Engineering lists and vendor documents in Excel format.
17. Develop tools to support instantiation of other databases from the Digital twin software solution.
Digital Roadmap:
Coordinate the definition of the Digital Roadmap of Papua LNG project with the different disciplines such as Project control & execution, Geosciences, Drilling, and Field Operations. Issue report on the implementation of the Digital Roadmap progress.
User technical support:
Train and support Project users. Maintain a close interface with Headquarter team to share best practices, issues, specifications.
Context & Environment:
The Papua LNG Project is a key project for TotalEnergies as it is its first major petroleum investment in Papua New Guinea. Papua LNG Project is a combined onshore and offshore development project comprising:
1. Well pads and the upstream gathering network including flowlines and two parallel multiphase trunklines.
2. Upstream Central Processing Facility (CPF), approximately 30 kms from the field.
3. Main onshore and offshore export system consisting of a single-phase gas pipeline and a condensate pipeline.
4. Integration in existing liquefaction plant located 325 km from the CPF in the vicinity of Port-Moresby.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
1. Demonstrable Oil & Gas experience in Project and/or Field Operations phase involving management/use of technical database such as: Commissioning/Completion system; Permit Management system, Plant monitoring and analysis system, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) / Discipline engineering tool (AVEVA / HEXAGON suite), etc.
2. Technical profile like maintenance discipline lead, Design drafter, Database administrator, CMMS Engineer, Maintenance/Production supervisor are targeted.
3. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel & PowerBI with respect to query building, data manipulation, and visualization.
4. Good communication skills are required due to the significant number of interfaces, both within the Headquarters, Project team, and various types of Contractors.
5. Knowledge in data management is appreciated.
6. Knowledge of AVEVA/HEXAGON authoring tools configuration and usage within Oil & Gas projects is an added advantage.
7. Level / Diploma: Engineer, or equivalent.
8. Languages: Good knowledge of technical English (written, spoken).
