The role will be 37.5 hours per week and shifts will cover 7 days per week including early, late and nights. Part time hours could also be agreed, minimum of 34.5 hours per week. Full training and support available and will be provided. Please note: Due to the structure of these interviews these will be offered in a face to face capacity only. Main duties of the job As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be instrumental in assisting the teams to meet the changing needs of the patients, provide personal care, assist in individual patient monitoring and be a patient advocate. Your commitment to providing excellent care at the place of the individual patient or ward need will demonstrate your patient focused approach. Working across wards in a range of shifts, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, will develop your skills and knowledge in a variety of patient specialities and ensure that the role is very rewarding.
