Your main duties will include: Scheduling virtual meetings and coordinating site visits. Gathering and compiling information for reports. Handling private and confidential correspondence with discretion. Communicating confidently and professionally, both in writing and over the phone. Liaising with our health and safety department a knowledge of this area is required. Experience in the hospitality industry. Strong excel skills together with a good knowledge of word and outlook. A "can do" attitude is an essential attribute. A flexible approach to working hours; while this role is primarily office-based, occasional travel to our hotels may be required.
