The Oaks CE Learning Federation is comprised of three small schools; Copythorne, Netley Marsh and St Michael & All Angels Infant schools who are on the edge of the New Forest and all within 5 miles of each other. Due to retirement of our current Finance/Personnel officer we are looking for an amazing, talented and dedicated person to join and lead our admin team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Admin Officer to join our Federation working across our 3 small infant schools managing the day-to-day finance and personnel across the federation and supporting our wider team of admin assistants, who are based across our schools. Working as part of a team will be key to this role and a willingness to be flexible, manage your own time and step in to help where needed. We are looking for someone who: Stays calm under pressure Is organised and efficient Can communicate effectively with all stakeholders Motivates not only themselves but those around them Takes pride in being part of a successful administrative team Is able to hold difficult conversations, when needed Is IT literate and has an understanding of Microsoft Office. Experience of school-based systems such as Arbor and IBC would also be beneficial Has a good understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding procedures.
