Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a market leader in events audio visual services, who are recruiting the full-time role of Service Delivery Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the line management of five Service Delivery Team Leads and the allocation of staff across a range of departments including customer services, music, media, keepsakes and the control room, ensuring utilisation of staff and delivery of work within agreed timescales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all team leads have development plans and are managing their team’s development and skills in line with operational requirements.
* Deliver regular reports on capacity and planning risks – analyse trends and volumes of work across all teams.
* Collaborate with Operations Manager on resource impacts of improvement projects and their impact on resource levels and skillsets.
* Optimise staff allocation and handle customer complaints.
* Support team leads with development plans to meet operational goals.
* Foster communication and engagement with homeworkers.
* Uphold company values and meet KPIs.
Candidates must have at least 1-year proven experience in service delivery management and must poses excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong rapport with clients and team members.
