The Seashell Active CADS programme takes place on our campus site in Cheadle and is a holiday club and Saturday club, providing after school activities for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning of Holiday club, Saturday club, and after school activities for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
* Identify providers for sports, leisure, and health activities and ensure the safe recruitment and onboarding of providers to ensure a varied programme of activities that all children can participate in.
* Book agency staff (CADS Crew Members) to support the children who attend the CADS events and ensure all safeguarding requirements and checks are undertaken.
* Lead at CADS clubs and activities to ensure the smooth delivery and running of the sessions/days/events.
* Support and supervise coaches, activity providers, volunteers, and agency members of staff to provide the best possible standard of provision for children that attend CADS.
