This role will join the GTM Strategy & Operations team, a global team of six. You will be a core thought-leader supporting the VP, Partner, and the wider Partner organization with strategic planning, reporting, dashboarding, tool ecosystem management, and process efficiencies.
What you'll be doing:
1. Manage data hygiene and reporting within Salesforce and Partner Portal, including partner accounts, opportunities, lead registrations, and channel attribution.
2. Act as the strategic partner to the VP, Partners; collaborate to define business processes and develop supporting systematic collateral.
3. Ensure and maintain partner systems integration across platforms like Portal, Academy, SFDC, Certification platform, and Camunda Marketplace to enable seamless data flow.
4. Define and document Partner Management processes, including systems and operational elements.
5. Liaise with internal Enablement teams to provide partner enablement, integrate partner topics into field enablement plans, and support internal stakeholders like AE, ADR, and CSM.
What you bring:
* Ability and willingness to use relevant tools and systems.
* 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Partner Operations, or related fields.
* Strong understanding of channel/partner strategies within SaaS companies.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across levels.
* Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, AllBound, and Google Sheets.

We consider skills and experience when offering a package, typically placing candidates in the lower half of the range to allow for growth. The annual Total Cash Compensation (base salary plus variable) for this role varies by country:
* United States: $100,800 - $151,200
* Germany: €67,100 - €100,600
* United Kingdom: £65,400 - £98,000
* Singapore: S$125,200 - S$187,800
