HomeServe are currently recruiting for a Paid Media Manager to join the Marketing Team in Walsall. The successful candidate will be data led and have strong technical capability. You will also have an excellent understanding of platforms and be passionate about getting into the detail. We work in a hybrid way, mostly remote with a requirement to travel into our Walsall office at least twice a week to work with the team. With that in mind you will be located within a convenient commute to Walsall. As the Paid Media Manager within the HomeServe Acquisition team, you will deliver the strategic media plan and digital campaigns across all channels. Your role will focus on optimising media investment, leveraging data and insights, driving effectiveness through testing. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives, reach the right customers, and deliver measurable outcomes. This role is pivotal in ensuring the media strategy drives customer engagement and achieves commercial goals. ROLE PURPOSE Manage the delivery of the media plan across all digital channels. C ollaborat e with media a gency partners to optimize paid media across channels ( Paid and Organic Search, social, Display, Audio etc.), balancing reach, frequency, and ROI. Work with agencies and internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery of media campaigns, including end to end journey integration, creative execution, targeting, and reporting. Working with media partners on test and learn frameworks to continuously improve campaign performance. Providing recommendations on media innovation, staying ahead of industry trends to explore new platforms and tools. Building strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Digital Delivery, Brand, Data and Finance, to ensure media plans are integrated and commercially viable.
