German Speaking Customer Service Representative Are you fluent in German and English with a passion for delivering first-class customer support? Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our clients team. In this dynamic role, youll be the vital link between our DACH customers and our internal teamsensuring orders are processed smoothly, queries are resolved efficiently, and every customer receives outstanding service. Experience is helpful, but not required. A background in hospitality or customer service is a big plus. What Youll Be Doing: Accurately enter, process, revise, and confirm customer orders Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including Commercial Invoices. Process RMA (Return Material Authorisation) requests in collaboration with the Technical Team and obtain necessary approvals. Create and send quotes for product calibrations and repairs. Handle international shipping documents with precision. Provide timely and professional communication, responding to all email enquiries within 24 hours. Answer telephone and email queries regarding stock availability, promotions, complaints, and returns. Escalate significant customer issues to the Customer Service Team Lead. Maintain accurate records and workflows in ERP and CRM systems, including new account setups and service plan creation. What Youll Need: Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is essential. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A strong eye for detail and a can-do attitude. Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
