Job summary We are offering an opportunity to be part of the Community Palliative Care Team, influencing the holistic care of patients who have end of life and specialist palliative care needs. We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced registered nurses who wish to develop skills and experience within specialist palliative care. You will receive individualised training which will incorporate both practical elements of the role, alongside evidence-based practice from our dedicated team.
