Job Description:
We're looking for a Digital Construction Manager to join our Eastern and Midlands team in the Waterbeach office with regular site visits in East Anglia.
Contract: Full time, Permanent
What will you be responsible for?
As a Digital Construction Manager, you'll support the team in the information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry/Kier standards and helping to meet client requirements.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Monitoring the completion of IM Gateway forms across all tenders to fulfill assurance procedures related to early assessment of design team capability and internal resource considerations.
2. Ensuring Exchange Information Requirements and Asset Information Requirements are responded to and delivered across relevant projects.
3. Ensuring the use of the common data environment to manage, share, and exchange information, adhering to ISO 19650 across relevant projects.
4. Supporting and auditing the project team to ensure standards, methods, and procedures using specified software/workflows are in use.

This role of Digital Construction Manager is great for you if you:
1. Have a good understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents.
2. Can discuss in detail openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support information interoperability.
3. Are enthusiastic and keen to use new technologies to improve traditional ways of working.
4. Are innovative by sharing ideas and challenging standard practices.
5. Have experience with appropriate software tools to view and interrogate models.
