If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about property management, we want to hear from you Main Duties: As a Lettings Property Manager, your role will encompass a variety of engaging responsibilities, including: - Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards of service. - Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors. You will handle property maintenance requests, coordinating necessary actions swiftly and effectively. - Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections and provide comprehensive feedback reports to landlords. - Legal Compliance: Ensure that all legal requirements are consistently met, keeping rental agreements and compliance regulations up to date. - Tenancy Renewals: Manage the renewal arrangements for rent recovery policies and tenancy agreements, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved. - End-of-Tenancy Liaison: Guide both tenants and landlords through the end-of-tenancy process, addressing any queries and facilitating a seamless handover. - Utility Management: Communicate with utility providers and local councils at the start and end of tenancies to ensure all accounts are settled appropriately.
