Job Description: Affinity Workforce Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEMH Teacher to join the team at our partnered school after the May half term. The successful candidate will be teaching years 7/8, but a primary background would also be suitable. This role requires someone who is flexible, fun, and understanding to engage with a the group of students. Responsibilities include: Planning and delivering tailored educational programs. Providing one-on-one and group support to students. Creating a safe and supportive learning environment. Monitoring and reporting on students' progress. Collaborating with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals. Requirements: Experience working with children with SEMH needs is desirable, but a genuine care to make a difference in these children's lives is essential. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
