Your New Role
As the PFI Contract Manager, your responsibilities include coordinating and managing in-house and outsourced services for a portfolio of bluelight properties. This involves overseeing both hard and soft services while ensuring compliance with PFI targets and processes.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
* Previous experience in a PFI role managing hard and soft FM contracts.
* Strong stakeholder management skills along with excellent communication skills.
What You’ll Get in Return
The PFI Contract Manager position is based in and around Exeter, South West. This role offers a hybrid working pattern, allowing you to work from home, the office, and customer sites. It’s a permanent, full-time position with a work week from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The starting salary is £40,000, along with a £3,000 car allowance and 27 days of annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays (with the option to buy additional leave).
