Location: Guildford – Tuesday and Thursday in the office with the option to work the other 3 days from home

We work with some huge FMCG brands and have developed a strong niche designing and building web and mobile-based promotional solutions.
The Digital Account Manager’s responsibilities will primarily be to support an established account team across multiple accounts and brands that the agency represents. Not only will you help service the day-to-day requirements of the account, you will also be responsible for supporting new business initiatives and pitches. You will have experience in digital, technology and social media activations as well as a love of working in and solving digital challenges.
We will need excellent communication skills, with an eye for detail. Experience in FMCG and retail sectors will be a bonus. Past experience within a media role involving PPC and Paid social would be advantageous.
Key skills include:
* Listening, reacting, and supporting your account team colleagues and internal teams within the agency
* Running multiple projects concurrently
* Client and 3rd party liaisons
* Capturing client requirements and writing briefs/scopes of work that incorporate clear and accurate technical details
* Producing financial estimates and project time plans and monitoring through to delivery
* Running regular client calls and face-to-face meetings to report on project status
* Setting up and running multiple stakeholder project conference calls, setting agendas, taking actions and following up with all relevant parties
* Managing project issues, amends and changes to scopes of work
* Solution testing and issue logging
* Liaising with the internal creative and production studio to ensure all work is scheduled and delivered on time
* Checking all work before it’s released to the client for review
* Producing post-project reports/wrap-up presentations and case studies highlighting the unique points of each project

* Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 based on experience
