We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This role is primarily administrative but offers a dynamic and varied workload, ensuring that no two days are the same.Key Responsibilities: Managing general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the business. Monitoring and maintaining stock levels, ensuring accurate tracking and replenishment when required. Overseeing credit control processes, ensuring timely payments and managing outstanding balances. Checking and verifying accounts, including liaising with clients and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies. Following up on accounts, including chasing overdue payments and maintaining accurate financial records. Supporting other departments with administrative duties as needed. Managing compliance and payroll for subcontractors. Key Skills & Requirements: Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively. Some financial background is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive approach to work, with a willingness to take initiative. Previous experience in an administrative role, credit control, or stock management would be advantageous.
