Procurement Director
The Enterprise (EA) EMEA Operations Procurement and UK&I Lead will be responsible for support and execution of EMEA Procurement strategy, promoting and supporting the EMEA PEP, Diversity and Sustainability strategies, Strategic Contract Management and Supplier Relationship management as well as managing the team supporting the UK&I region, engaging and fostering the enterprise procurement client dedicated community within countries.
Responsibilities
1. Input to and support the execution of the EMEA procurement strategic plan
2. Member of the EMEA Procurement Leadership team
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Account Directors to ensure alignment between Account Procurement requirements and procurement deliverables
4. Communicate, publicise, and promote EMEA Procurement initiatives, strategic direction, deliverables and current focus areas with on-account personnel
5. Support commercial outcomes including the achievement of EMEA EA Procurement financial deliverables on account
6. Align Account value drivers with commensurate components of the EMEA offering to ensure a customer specific offering supported by CBRE's global Procurement function
7. Manage a maturity assessment of the procurement function on each account
8. Leverage innovation, continuous improvement, and best practice in Procurement across accounts
9. Roll out and refine a globally aligned, but regionally fit for purpose, reporting, monitoring and compliance framework to measure Procurement success
10. Identify opportunities for Business to Business (B2B) engagement, self-delivery of services and minimisation of spend with competitors wherever possible
11. Organize and manage the country procurement resources to most efficiently and effectively meet client needs
12. Drive the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy for the subregion/country
13. Leads procurement business development activities and contributes heavily to CBRE Win/Keep/Grow
14. Oversee implementation and improved adoption of CBRE procurement IT systems
15. Manage procurement aspects of transitions to ensure successful start-up of new accounts
16. Leverage category management experts to support sector/country needs
17. Ensure successful participation of suppliers in CBRE screening program
18. Serves as the team leader/motivator who seeks inputs from diverse perspectives. Operates well within a team environment
Minimum Requirements
1. 5+ years strategic sourcing/procurement
2. Specific experience in the sourcing of FM services
3. Experience in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) environments
4. Experience in managing client and supplier relationships
5. Sound knowledge/experience with Procurement in the EMEA market
6. Experience leading/managing/developing a team to achieve shared outcomes
7. Demonstrated ability to develop sourcing strategies and lead team in implementing those strategies
8. Proven ability to effectively manage in a matrix organization with the ability to influence up, down, and across the organisation
