Join our team at Terex as Projects & Aftermarkets Director, reporting to the TWS Business Line Director, based in Farlough. This full-time, permanent role involves 39.75 hours per week and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and innovation.

What you’ll do
The Projects & Aftermarkets Director will oversee the delivery, service, and support of all projects globally, ensuring seamless transition from order to dispatch, managing cross-departmental collaboration, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Main duties and responsibilities:
1. Develop, plan, and control projects using MS Project, coordinating with operations, customer service, procurement, shipping, and technical teams.
2. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures and conduct risk analyses.
3. Deliver projects in accordance with scope and plans, maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.
4. Manage factory scheduling and process adherence.
5. Report on project status regularly to management.
6. Participate in key meetings such as S&OP, Clear To Build, and production reviews.
7. Prepare project documentation including plans, packing lists, and H&S procedures, and conduct lessons learned reviews.
8. Manage procurement and budgets for projects.
9. Act as the primary contact for customers until machine dispatch.
10. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and engineering.
11. Chair weekly project review meetings to ensure stakeholder engagement.
12. Coordinate resource allocation for site installations and troubleshooting.
13. Follow up on faults and coordinate with Engineering and Quality departments.
14. Support sales with technical expertise and application validation.
15. Oversee the Technical Helpdesk and Warranty System.
16. Handle customer inquiries regarding parts and warranty, ensuring timely resolution.
17. Provide technical training to dealers and customers.
18. Collaborate with engineers on product testing and upgrades.
