Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and personable Office Manager & Executive Assistant to play a vital role in the smooth running of our UK and Mayfair based office, providing exceptional support to our Senior Team. This role is a dynamic blend of traditional office management responsibilities with dedicated EA duties, specifically focused on complex diary and appointment management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Executive Assistant Support:
o Proactive management of complex calendars and schedules for the Senior Team, including scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and managing expenses.
o Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including investors, clients, and service providers.
o Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence as required.
o Providing confidential administrative support to the Senior Team.
* Office Management:
o Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
o Managing office supplies, equipment, and vendors.
o Coordinating office maintenance and repairs.
o Implementing and maintaining office procedures and systems.
o Assisting with event planning and coordination.
o Onboarding new employees and managing office access.
o Handling incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant, ideally within the financial or professional services industry.
* Strong experience with complex diary management and scheduling for multiple executives.
* Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

Compensation
* Up to £52,000 per annum

* Up to 3 months salary as bonus
