As a Comms Planning Manager, you’ll be at the heart of how we shape and deliver innovative, effective campaigns for our clients. Your expertise will help clients see beyond the obvious, uncover new opportunities, and challenge the industry to be better. What you’ll do Lead the planning and strategic direction of client campaigns across media, creative, and tech. Develop insights-driven strategies that connect brands with audiences in powerful, effective ways. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and finding the right solutions. Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, audience behaviours, and media innovations. Collaborate with internal teams to create integrated solutions that go beyond expectations. Own the agency’s response to new briefs – crafting compelling insights, shaping strategic direction, and developing innovative campaign solutions. Guide creative teams with clear, inspiring briefs that spark big ideas. Present media plans and recommendations with confidence and clarity. Champion effectiveness – setting objectives, defining KPIs, and ensuring campaigns deliver meaningful results. Share knowledge across the agency and contribute thought leadership to the industry.
