About the role We’re on the lookout for an experienced Lead Delivery PMO, to join our fast-paced Transformation Delivery function. This ‘hands on’ role will be to support the delivery of our exciting transformation and strategic technology portfolio. This is a large-scale portfolio of work, so as a candidate you’ll need to be able to ‘hit the ground running’. The Lead Delivery PMO will be ensuring that the project teams have all the management information for the technology agenda to hand – this will not only involve collating, but also challenging information provided by the Project Managers/Workstream leads. You will manage the technology portfolio end to end being the key point of contact across the CTO function. You’ll oversee the co-ordination and administration of all aspects of assigned project activities, working with a variety of stakeholders throughout the business to ensure the control of scope, schedule, budget and quality. You will be the primary interface for the project, ensuring that interdependencies, risks and issues are defined and managed collaboratively. This is an exciting and varied role with big scope to deliver key value to the organisation. Here are some of the activities you’ll get involved with: Plan management Providing quality assurance, ensuring all inputs to governance are accurate and complete RAIDD management Preparation of reporting as required to Exec level Supporting programme governance meetings including: Scheduling meetings, producing meeting packs, attending meetings, and generating comprehensive minutes in a timely manner. Produce Management information, insights and reporting dashboards to key governance groups on the performance of project and programme, current balance of portfolio, risks, issues and optimisation opportunities. Providing financial management including third party costs from external providers Conduct in-flight project and programme audits and reviews providing challenge where necessary Attend portfolio and programme level meetings and workshops as required Tracking and managing actions through to completion Maintaining portfolio and project records for budgets and resourcing needs A bit about you Your friends might describe you as the ‘organiser’.
