An exciting, high-growth, UK SaaS business offering its own cloud-based POS system with integrated e-commerce. Profitable and secure, this team has ventured into the US and European markets, which comes with the opportunity to travel internationally.
Operating in exciting industries, such as the outdoors, cycling, and equestrian, you will have the opportunity to join a friendly team and make a solid impact from day one. As well as having the ability to offer SaaS and E-Commerce services, there are also digital marketing products, offering a one-stop shop for their retail clients. The business is growing and they are looking for confident, driven, and like-minded individuals to join them on this exciting period of growth!
The Position:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for strategically leading your clients across all of their projects. Working with the delivery team to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.
Working with your clients to understand needs and challenges, whilst also keeping an eye out for other potential opportunities to increase their value. Having a commercial awareness is high on the list for this role, being able to establish a genuine relationship with your clients and peers.
