About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to lead the discovery, deployment, and optimisation of our ServiceNow platform. This role is critical to defining the foundation of our ServiceNow strategy by identifying the products we require, streamlining workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the discovery phase and ensuring the successful delivery of our ServiceNow initiatives, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM), AI Agent capabilities, Field Agent solutions, and low-code app development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the discovery phase to define ServiceNow requirements, focusing on identifying the products and solutions needed.
* Capture detailed business requirements, engage with global stakeholders, and document desired functionalities and features.
* Arrange and lead demonstrations and discussions with ServiceNow to validate and refine requirements.
* Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, ensuring alignment with business needs.
* Configure and integrate AI Agent capabilities to streamline user support and automate workflows.
* Develop and deploy Field Agent solutions to optimize mobile workforce operations.
* Enable low-code app development for developers and builders of all skill levels.
* Implement solutions for service management, asset management, configuration management, and operations management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, performance, and security of the ServiceNow platform.
* Provide training and documentation to internal teams for ongoing support and usage.
* Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in the discovery and delivery of ServiceNow implementations, with expertise in ITSM and low-code development.
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products and solutions, including AI Agent, Field Agent, and workflow automation.
* Experience capturing and documenting business requirements, engaging stakeholders, and leading discovery phases.
* Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT service management processes.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
* Ability to arrange and lead product demonstrations and validate solutions with vendors.
* A results-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple initiatives within tight timelines.
