Business Development Executive
An Electrical contractor specialising in full electrical installations and temporary electrical site services established for over 40 years that have depots nationwide have a key requirement for a Business Development Executive to expand and grow their services within national Construction Contractors. You will be based from the Manchester office, covering the North-West.
As a business, they are already well established with the biggest construction contractors such as Mace, Skanska, Kier, etc.
The successful Business Development Executive will be responsible for:
1. Developing relationships with senior buyers, commercial managers, quantity surveyors, and contracts managers within medium to large construction contractors.
2. Organising and attending strategic meetings with senior buyers.
3. Meeting with other internal senior managers to receive training and promote product range and service offering.
4. Promoting a range of construction hire solutions: modular buildings for site offices and site welfare, modular walkways to allow safe passage across construction sites.
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic + package. To qualify as the successful Business Development Executive:
1. You will be living in a commutable distance of Manchester and will have a full UK driving license.
2. You will have proven sales experience within construction hire or selling services to senior buyers within construction contractors.
3. You will come from an Electrical background.
Benefits: You will benefit from a basic salary of up to £50k dependent on experience + package.
