As a Domino’s Shift Manager, you will have the opportunity to increase your experience across a variety of tasks carried out inside our industry-leading stores. You will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift including cost controls and customer relations. You are there to lead by example, following policies and procedures, to inspire all Team Members on your shift to produce great food and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Successful candidates will have: a minimum of 1 years’ experience of working within a fast-paced customer-lead QSR, restaurant or other area of the hospitality sector; flexibility with your working hours as our stores are predominantly busy in the evenings and on weekends; excellent people skills including the ability to give clear instructions; good written and verbal communication; high levels of problem-solving, initiative and self-motivation; a willingness to learn and a drive to succeed; passion for providing excellent customer service; and the ability to work as part of a team. Managerial experience is preferred yet not essential, we will support you to learn the skills and build the confidence you need to grow. Duties and responsibilities will include: interacting with patrons regularly and offering great customer service; handling payments; maintaining a high standard of food safety; cost control (food, labour); reliable stock management; consistent high levels of attendance and punctuality; and managing an effective and efficient team.
