Description Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations: Develop and execute a comprehensive PR & marketing strategy for gaming, covering brand positioning, go-to-market plans, and campaign execution. Oversee all marketing functions, including digital, social media, influencer / partner collaborations, content creation, and public relations. Lead and mentor a team across marketing, PR, and content disciplines to ensure effective collaboration and execution. Align closely with the sales team to drive marketing initiatives that support business growth in key focus regions. Manage relationships with media, industry influencers, and key partners to maximize brand visibility and engagement. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels and campaigns. Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights. Essential Skills and Experience: 10 years of experience in PR, marketing, or brand management, with a strong background in gaming or tech. Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-functional teams. Deep understanding of the gaming landscape, audience behaviours, and media/influencer relations. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and external partners to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives. Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics to measure and optimize marketing performance. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
