Come and join us We are looking for a Golf Retail Assistant to join our friendly Golf & Leisure team at Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club JOB SUMMARY Be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of golf retail ranges whilst providing excellent customer service to all Golf Shop customers. SCOPE / BUSINESS CONTEXT A Full Time or Part Time position based at the Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club· CANDIDATE PROFILE Experience: To provide a high quality retail environment for all Golf Shop customers, to ensure that financial targets are attained. To provide a high level of service to all Golf Shop customers, to ensure that financial targets are attained and that customer satisfaction is achieved. To contribute to retail policy and stock ordering, to maximise revenue potential. To assist in general shop and service-related duties to ensure functioning of Golf Shop as both retail and service environment. To carry out other duties as may be required to ensure the Hotel Operation is properly maintained to provide total guest satisfaction. Competencies: Experience working in the service industry. Good interpersonal skills.
