What You'll Be Doing Delivering exceptional customer service across email, chat, telephone and social channels, making sure every customer feels valued and cared for. Resolving queries with lightning speed and a sprinkle of warmth—whether it’s about product info, orders, or subscription management. Actively improving our customer experience by identifying and flagging common issues or areas for improvement. Keeping up-to-date with our products so you can offer tailored advice and build trust with our customers. Collaborating with our team to ensure smooth operations and continuously seeking ways to delight our customers. Provide general administrative support to the wider team. Who You Are An experienced customer service whiz with a knack for solving problems and keeping cool under pressure. A natural communicator who knows how to write with clarity, warmth, and personality, and speak with confidence and professionalism on the phone. Tech-savvy enough to navigate CRMs, email systems, and other tools without breaking a sweat. A team player who values feedback and thrives in a collaborative environment.
