An incredibly varied role, no two days are the same; you will lead the branch, shape and deliver our customer contact channels (via socials, face-to-face, telephony, email and web), and provide a seamless service, driving a truly world-class customer experience What You Will Be Doing In This Role… As the Branch Manager you will lead, develop, and inspire your branch team to execute our Go-To-Market strategy to deliver sustainable and profitable growth from customers in the UK market, ensuring all targets are achieved and a world class customer experience is consistently delivered for all customers. Our Branch Managers have great autonomy. You will create and implement a strategy and continually develop and review the supporting processes, tech and improvements required to deliver it. RS are famous for service excellence, and you will have responsibility for developing this further to achieve optimum return against key drivers. You are the leader of the Branch, setting plans and objectives, and success criteria to be delivered across branch advisers through the branch assistants and creating a high-performance culture. Experienced in stakeholder management with the ability to influence, negotiate and gain buy in at all levels of the organisation.
