Great opportunity to work as an Assistant Bar Manager for our client's bar which is situated in the heart of Lindley, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rate of pay is £11.44 per hour, this will increase after the probation period. This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are: - Wednesday and Thursday 4pm to 12am - Friday and Saturday 4pm to 2am Experience in a similar role is required. Your Time at Work As an Assistant Bar Manager, your duties will include: - Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, Ensuring all equipment functions properly and the bar area remains clean and well-organised. - Manage inventory by ordering supplies, conducting regular stock checks - Serving Customers - Barrell Changes / Gas Changes - Training new staff - Organising events/promotions - Keeping track and booking public functions such as Birthdays, Baby showers etc. - Preparing cocktails and other alcoholic beverages You must be able to lift up to 70kg due to the barrel weight. Our Perfect Worker Our perfect worker will have: - Experience in a supervisory or management role within a bar or hospitality environment.
