Lilienblum is our new Israeli / modern Mediterranean family style sharing restaurant, which opened in May this year in Shoreditch. We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join the Culinary crew.
The restaurant is open Tuesday - Friday for lunch and dinner and then Saturday dinner only. The restaurant is then available for private hire on Sundays and Mondays.

You main responsibility will be to support the kitchen team with fresh ingredient preparation and assembling specific dishes, to our brand guidelines.
The Role
* In charge of running a section in the kitchen
* Overseeing the commis team when necessary
* Preparing, cooking and presenting our dishes to our standards
* Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen at all times
* Working to highest standard of food hygiene, health and safety
* Confidently communicating and adapting to different situations, opportunities and challenges in the kitchen
* You will have a passion and interest in fresh produce, suppliers and the hospitality industry
* You will be reporting to the Head Chef
