We’re delighted to be supporting a highly regarded independent insurance broker in Leamington Spa in their search for a Commercial Account Handler. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2–5 years of commercial broking experience who is confident in their technical ability and client service skills, looking to progress.
This role offers the chance to join a close-knit, collaborative team with a strong reputation in the local market. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service, and you’ll benefit from a supportive environment that actively encourages growth and development.
The successful candidate will be handling a broad range of commercial insurance risks, including but not limited to Property, Casualty, Motor, Professional Indemnity (including Cyber), and Management Liability. You should be comfortable working with clients across a variety of trade sectors, with the ability to build rapport quickly, particularly over the phone.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Organised and able to manage a busy and varied workload
- A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Confident in their understanding of compliance and FCA requirements
- Comfortable using client management systems and the Microsoft Office suite
Whilst Cert CII is not essential, support will be provided for those who are interested in working towards their qualifications.
Please note: due to the location of the office, realistic commuting is essential, and a driving licence is likely required.
This is a brilliant role for someone who wants to continue developing their career in a well-respected brokerage without stepping into a senior role just yet. If you're keen to make a meaningful contribution in a hands-on, client-focused position, we’d love to hear from you.
