My client based in Teesside is looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant on a permanent, part-time basis.
The successful candidate will be experienced in Sage and ideally Xero, along with Microsoft Excel.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Purchase ledger
2. Matching, batching and coding purchase invoices
3. Invoice queries
4. Posting payments
5. Banking
6. Reconciliations
7. Remittances
8. Supplier queries
9. Setting up customer accounts
10. Payroll cover
11. Payment runs
12. Nominal codes
13. CIS subcontractor payments
14. Credit cards
15. Multi currency - GBP/USD/Euro
