Current Team Information
More than 230 of our consultants advise on buildings and projects throughout the UK with regional offices in England and Scotland (across 15 offices) and further resource for coverage throughout Europe (across 70 offices).
Building Surveying:
Our Building and Project Consultancy service provides bespoke end-to-end specialist solutions that can be applied across all technical aspects of a property lifecycle. This includes advisory roles on the acquisition, development, ownership, occupation, sustainable retrofit and disposal of individual assets and portfolios across all property sectors.
Our teams work closely with a range of institutional clients across the UK and Europe, including commercial property landlords, investors, banks, and occupiers, understanding their specific business objectives to provide clear holistic advice in relation to their property interests.
Project Management (Construction / Property):
Our national team of project managers include specialists in every property sector and corner of the market, allowing us to apply specific yet broad expertise to office, industrial, logistics, mixed-use, retail and residential development projects.
Our project management teams work for investors, developers, landlords, owner occupiers and tenants, managing the development, refurbishment or fit-out of property across the full range of sectors.
About this role
Building Surveying:
If working in the regions you will be in a fixed seat where you will experience various areas of Building Surveying. If in London you will rotate across the various teams within Building & Project Consultancy. The number of rotations may depend on business requirements.
DAY TO DAY WORK
As a graduate on the building surveying pathway you will gain experience across all disciplines of Building & Project Consultancy, including technical due diligence, dilapidations, building surveying projects, project management, neighbourly matters and planned preventative maintenance.
Project Management:
If working in the regions you will be in a fixed seat where you will experience various areas of Project Management. If in London you will rotate across the Project Management teams. The number of rotations may depend on business requirements.
DAY TO DAY WORK
As a graduate on the Project Management pathway you will gain experience across a range of teams and sectors within Building & Project Consultancy, ranging from residential and commercial refurbishment to new build development.
