Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to play a key role in designing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems that ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a highly skilled engineering team working on large-scale industrial and data centre projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Design & Planning: Conduct feasibility studies for new technical innovations, ensuring project viability.
2. Engineering Software Expertise: Create detailed plans and schematics using computer-assisted design (CAD) software .
3. Cost Estimation & Project Management: Estimate material, labour, and construction costs, while developing realistic project timelines .
4. Workforce Coordination: Supervise and coordinate technicians and craftspeople to ensure efficient execution of electrical projects.
5. System Testing & Data Analysis: Oversee installation testing, collect performance data, and make data-driven recommendations .
6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all electrical work meets local and international safety regulations .
7. Inspection & Maintenance Programs: Implement inspection schedules to maintain optimal system performance .
8. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Attend meetings, generate technical reports, and deliver presentations to senior management and clients.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in a similar electrical engineering role .
3. Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse complex systems .
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate projects effectively .
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) .
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
7. Must be eligible to work in Europe .
