Sales Administrator - Temporary with the view to go Permanent.
Location: Mansfield
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday
We're currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join a dynamic and friendly business on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term role where they can grow and develop.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
2. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems.
4. Liaise with customers via phone and email regarding orders, delivery schedules, and queries.
5. Support the preparation of quotes and sales documents.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
What we're looking for:
1. Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role.
2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
3. Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
4. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. A proactive and flexible approach to work.
