💻 Payroll Administrator - Recruitment Agency - Construction ⚒
Location: City of London - EC4N
Hours Monday to Thursday 09:00 17:00 and Friday 09:00 16:30
Salary: £25.000 / annum
Start: March 2025
Hybrid working: Available once you're fully trained and comfortable in the role
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team - People are at the centre of our business, so we're looking for team players who can embrace, contribute and partake in the overall success of the team.
You will be working alongside an extremely experienced Accounts / Finance Specialist who will provide full training should you need it.👩🏻💻
Knowledge of Excel / Outlook / Sage would be advantageous, although not essential as we are willing to train the right person.👍

📝 Some of your duties will include:
• Processing weekly timesheets
• Raising and processing invoices
• Client credit checks
• Sending contracts to temps
• Keeping insurances covers updated
• Processing expenses
• Preparing and submitting HMRC intermediary reports
• Chasing temps' Documents and Right to work
• Keeping CRM updated
• Ordering, organising, and maintaining office stationery stock
• Answering customer queries on the phone & via email
